Since 1964, CECO has worked to find ways to improve the performance and efficiency of your Ingersoll-Rand®, model XLE® compressors.

The unloaders on the 8-1/2" and 10" stroke XLE®'s are known as clearance valves. They load the compressor by moving against a seating area built into the cylinder wall. The wear and tear of operation can cause this sealing surface to leak which will waste energy and lower the efficiency of this compressor.

The CECO Reseating Tool makes it possible to refurbish the clearance valve seating surfaces in the cylinder - without removing the cylinder! These sealing surfaces are critical to proper operation of the unloaders on your XLE® compressors.
