Background and Areas of Responsibility

As Chairman and CEO, Mr. Hotze is responsible for the overall operations and profitability of Compressor Engineering Corporation. Mr. Hotze has worked at CECO since its inception and has an extensive background in all operating areas including engineering, manufacturing, quality control, sales and financial management. In addition, Mr. Hotze is responsible for all acquisitions expansions and growth planning.
