Delivery Cycle Times and Method
Most of the wear or expendable parts we sell are kept in inventory and can be shipped from stock. Our stock levels are computerized and reordering is automatically triggered. With a forecast of your usage, we can better tailor our inventory of parts to fit your needs. Our acquisition of Ball Valve Company also provided us with a broader range of refrigeration compressor parts and hundreds of additional patterns. Our shop floor is automated using real-time software so we can track the status of each part moving through the shop floor. Control software will back-schedule or forward schedule to meet delivery requirements.

Delivery Lead Times and Method of Order Placement
Most of our expendable parts are available from stock with same day shipment. We can accept and process orders by the following methods: Verbally, EDI, Fax and Email.
