Background and Areas of Responsibility
As
President of Subsidiaries Groups and CFO, Mr. Hotze is responsible
for all financial reporting systems of the company including financial
statement, budgets, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow and investments. In this capacity,
Mr. Hotze oversees all functions within the purchasing, accounting,
order, inventory control, warehousing and shipping/receiving departments.
