Compressor Engineering Corporation and CECO Pipeline Services have teamed up to offer their customers onsite hospitality. The customized BBQ trailer was designed in 2006 by Pitts and Spitts in Houston Texas.

This mobile kitchen features and is ready for your event!

The trailer itself is approx. 16 feet long and 12.5 feet high and mounted on tandem axles with chrome wheels and weighs approx. 5,000lbs loaded. The paint is custom to match the Compressor Engineering and CECO Pipeline Services logos.

On one side of the trailer there is a 30” x 48” smoker pit with four slide out cooking surfaces, a stainless steel propane assist fire box with a 5 gal stainless steel water tank mounted on top which supplies a small sink.

In front of the smoker are two multi jet propane burners for frying or boiling.

On the other side is a 24” x 36” charcoal grill with two cooking surfaces and an adjustable coal rack. Behind that is a large stainless steel work area that opens to provide storage for cooking gear. And then a wood box behind that. The trailer is also equipped with both incandescent and florescent lighting, an AM/FM radio and CD player with two speakers and multiple electrical outlets.

The trailer is trimmed with aluminum diamond plate. A Honda Whisper 3000 generator runs quietly in the background to supply all electricity.
