CECO has developed a non-lube, positive-seal fuel valve that will eliminate fugitive gas and lower service costs. To prevent leaks, spring-loaded Teflon packing maintains a constant seal around both the stem and valve body. No lubrication is needed since the CECO valves use sintered, oil-impregnated bearings. No oil means no carbon buildup causing erratic performance. A conversion program is available to convert your old valves to the improved design.
