CECO
valves are laser cut, ground parallel flat and hand-polished to
provide a near perfect sealing that improves the efficiency of the
compressor. Our Valves are made from 17-7ph stainless steel to provide
a longer service life, added strength and corrosion resistance.
All valve parts,
including complete valve assemblies, are in stock and ready for
immediate delivery. This includes:
- Valve
plates
- Valve
cages
- Valve
seats
- Valve
springs
- Valve
cage guides
- Valve

Valve Discs
|
Features
|
Benefits
|
| Our discs
are laser cut; not stamped |
This yields
the flattest discs available. Flatness helps insure that the
discs will seal properly in the valve and not leak. Since are
discs are flat to within .00015" per diametric inch, you can
use either side of our discs. |
| CECO discs
are carefully heat treated and precision ground on a double
disc grinder |
This insures
that the discs are perfectly flat and the proper thickness.
Discs that are flat will seal better. Thickness is important
as it helps contribute to the flow characteristics of the valves
and the strength of the discs. |
| All CECO
discs go through a multistage vibratory finishing process |
This means
you get a very smooth surface so the discs seat correctly from
the first stroke of the compressor with out a run in period.
The smooth radius edges contribute to smooth disc operation
in the compressor; resisting drag, binding and galling of the
disc and valve cage as well as reducing edge stress risers to
resist fatigue failures. |
| Our discs
are made of 17-7ph stainless steel |
This yields
the best corrosion resistance, ductility (flexibility), and
work hardened properties. Our discs flex rather than crack and
are strong enough to out last other manufactures discs.

| 100% inspected |

"OEM Superior"sm quality and the most efficiently
operating discs available in the market. |
CECO Safety Head
Diaphragms

Features
|
Benefits
|
|
We
use material- (CECO Spec 1095) Sanvek 20C carbon steel
|
Fatigue
resistant and ductile so it can flex properly. Hard enough
to not wear out too quickly. Hardened to 48-51RC.
|
|
We
lap the top rim where the safety head meets the liner to a
4-6 RMS lapped finish
|
This,
along with the same lapped finish in the safety head, gives
you a very good seal between the parts. If you do not have
a good seal between the liner and safety head your refrigerant
will leak back into the suction stream and not be compressed
out through the safety head assembly.
